A Day of Rides, Remembrance, and Support
|
On September 14, we were proud to sponsor two incredible events: Matty’s Mustache Ride and the Service Dog Project Ride.
Matty’s Mustache Ride honored the memory of Matthew Flaherty, a Brockton Firefighter and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran who was killed in a motorcycle crash in West Bridgewater on April 11, 2022. It was a day full of activities, including a cookout, live music, raffle prizes, merchandise, and more.

We were also thrilled to support the Service Dog Project Ride in Woburn, where the Legion Riders rallied to raise funds for this important cause. This amazing group of patriots ride in honor and support of our veterans and live by the motto of “they fought so we ride”. The Service Dog Project places service dogs with veterans nationwide, many of whom live with devastating military injuries.
